Facilities available

1. Library:

The College has a Library –cum-reading room within the College itself under the supervision of Librarian and his staff. Book bank facilities are available. Students are opened to borrow library books for the academic year as per the prescribed norms and conditions of the library. But due to fund constrains, the library is not fully equipped with text books and reference books, magazines, journals and newspapers. However, the college authority viewed this matter seriously and it is hoped that these short comes will be filled in near future.

2. Hostel:

The college has 2 (two) RCC Hostel buildings both for boys and girls which can be accommodated 20 students each.

3. N.C.C:

The College has NCC Unit with 100 students. The objectives of having introduced NCC in the College is encouraged students to join NCC so that they can imbibe the spirit of patriotism, national integration and participating in trainings, parades and others including adventure sports like parasailing, trekking, mountaineering, parachuting etc.

4. N.S.S:

The College has got recently a permission to open a N.S.S Unit of 100 students. Its purpose is to create a sense of responsibility towards society and fellow human being among the students so that they can volunteer a selfless service towards humanity and as well as the society.

5. Games & Sports:

Facilities for games & sports are being provided in the academic building for students like football, volleyball and cricket etc. The College also organized Annual College Week to promote games and sports, besides debates and other various competitions which are participated on house-wise basis.

6. Excursion:

Exposure trips are conducted every year for students to visit places outside the state.

7. Scholarship:

Facilities for the Post Matric Scholarship Grant is available in the college. Eligible students are given chance to apply for scholarship to the Government as per the provision of the Government. Besides there is Book grant Subsidy. However, students are required to have minimum 60 % passed of marks in the final examination for the grant.

8. Students Union/Students Council:

Each year students form the Students Union in democratically elected body for a term of one year. It functions, as per their constitution framed by them which approved by the college authority, with an objective to various welfare activities of the fellow students.
